FREE Tip Tuesday - on Thursday!!!

When I first started using coupons, I put all my clipped coupons into a little paper envelope.  I gradually began getting more coupons, so, I moved from a paper envelope to 5 paper envelopes, then I used a small plastic box with a lid - I used note cards to separate my "categories".  I could not understand why I was not getting savings like I'd seen other people post about online...so, I began to research and found ideas about using a coupon binder.

My tip is this...choose how you will store your coupons wisely.  I personally recommend using a binder, however, it's totally up to you.  When you use coupons on a regular basis, you have to be organized, so that when you do shop, you have your coupons readily available.

I personally use a Dual Ring Case-It Binder, this happens to be my third binder.  It zips and has a shoulder strap as well as a handle.  I absolutely love this binder!!!!  I have it divided into categories, and the categories are in my binder alphabetically.  I have each category separated by plastic tabbed dividers, and my dividers have pockets in them.  Again...this is my personal preference...it took me several months to figure it all out, and get it the way I wanted...once I had my binder set up and ready to go, my savings tripled!!!
